David Mills

Golden Living

David Mills is President of Division 4 for Golden Living, with overall responsibility for the operations of 106 skilled nursing facilities and four assisted living facilities in Arkansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, South Dakota and Wisconsin. He has been in his current position for eight years.

Since joining the company in 1987, Mr. Mills has served in a number of positions of increasing responsibility including administrator at two Beverly Healthcare nursing homes in Wisconsin, Director of Sales and Marketing for Indiana, Ohio and Florida; Vice President of Human Resources, and Group Vice President in Minnesota.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in health care administration from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.

Mr. Mills is a member of the Care Providers Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He also serves on an advisory board overseeing the Health Care Administration program at the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.
