Miguel Orona, host of the SunFM show “Dos Culturas,” delivered a
box full of blankets to Golden LivingCenter just in time for the
holidays. The blankets were collected at the radio station offices
with the support of Latino businesses throughout Sonoma.

- Gift-giving program for seniors launched
Dec. 01, 2011
Home Instead Senior Care is teaming up with nonprofit agencies and
area retailers to sponsor Be a Santa to a Senior — a program that
collects, wraps and delivers gifts to lonely and needy seniors in
Napa and Solano counties.
The area office of the Home Instead Senior Care network works
with Golden Living Center/Napa, Napa Nursing Center, Rohlff’s
Concordia and Meals-on-Wheels of Napa and Kaiser Permanente-Napa
Clinic and CVS Pharmacy to provide gifts and companionship to
seniors who otherwise might not receive either this holiday
season.
