Dr. Frank R. has served as the Medical Director for Golden Living Center - Erie for the past one-and-a half years. In addition to this role, he is a physician with Pinecrest Family Practice in Erie and is a member of the Erie Physician’s Network. He is affiliated with Hamot Medical Center, St. Vincent’s Hospital and HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital. He received certification as a diplomat with the American Board of Family Practice. His professional memberships include the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Pennsylvania Medical Society and the Erie County Medical Society.

He received his baccalaureate degree in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College and his doctorate’s of Osteopathy from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
