Janet W. has worked for Golden Living and its predecessors for six years, first as a Director of Nursing and then, in 2007, as Executive Director of her LivingCenter.

In her current role, Janet is responsible for the overall operations of her LivingCenter, maintaining quality patient care, meeting customer needs, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. She thrives on the challenges presented by this position and on creating an atmosphere that produces happy associates, which she believes results in happy residents.

“The thing I enjoy most about my job is developing relationships with residents, families and co-workers,” says Janet. “I cherish the opportunity to hear stories from residents about their past, as it reminds me of my grandparents and parents. I also enjoy the fellowship with my associates, talking, laughing and getting to know them on a personal level. I feel extremely blessed to have the opportunity to work with many intelligent, talented people.”
