Mary S. has been employed with Golden Living and its predecessors for 14 years, the last 10 of which she has held the position of Executive Director. She joined the company as the Director of Staff Development and was then promoted to the position of Director of Nursing, which she held for four years.

She believes empathy and compassion are key to maintaining a successful workplace and providing quality care to her patients and residents. When asked about the favorite part of her job, Mary said, “Implementing change in a positive way to further enrich the lives of our residents, families and staff. I love the positive impact I have on their daily lives.”
